At Promised Land Ranch & Goods, we aim to get your goodies from our hands to your home as quickly and carefully as possible. Whether it’s a devotional, a farm-fresh basket, or a handmade gift from one of our local partners, here’s what you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

🚜 Local Pickup (Our Stand at the Ranch)

Address: 3781 Stramba Road, Cincinnatus, NY 13040
Hours:

  • Monday through Saturday: 9 AM – 6 PM

  • Sunday: 10 AM – 4 PM

You’ll receive a confirmation by email or text when your order is ready for pickup. Most in-stock items are prepared within 24–48 hours.

🧺 Local Delivery (Within 10 Miles of the Ranch)

We offer local delivery on Wednesdays and Saturdays for eligible orders within a 10-mile radius of the stand.

  • Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance

  • Delivery windows are typically 12 PM – 4 PM

  • We’ll reach out to confirm your delivery day and time

📦 Standard Shipping (For Eligible Products)

We currently ship select non-perishable items within the United States, including:

  • Digital downloads (delivered instantly via email)

  • Handmade items from our partner artisans (candles, journals, etc.)

  • Select shelf-stable pantry goods (when available)

Shipping Rates:

  • Flat rate calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping promotions may apply during special sales

Processing Time:

  • 2–4 business days for ready-to-ship items

  • Custom/pre-order items may take up to 7 business days

Shipping Carriers:
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS based on size, weight, and location.

🧁 Perishable & Made-to-Order Goods

Items like baked goods, dairy, and fresh produce are pickup or delivery only and not available for shipping at this time.

We partner with trusted local bakers, creameries, and growers to bring you high-quality, wholesome products. Because many of these goods are made or gathered fresh to order, we kindly ask for a little grace during weekends, holidays, or high-demand times (like “Christmas in July” 🎄).

🚚 Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, we trust it to our shipping carriers—but sometimes things happen.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by USPS, UPS, or weather conditions

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
