At Promised Land Ranch & Goods, we work hard to move things from our hands to your home with care and intention. Below you’ll find how delivery, pickup, and digital fulfillment currently work.

Digital Downloads

All digital products (including eBooks, journals, devotionals, Bible studies, and printables) are delivered electronically.

• Digital items are delivered instantly after purchase via email or download link
• No physical item will be shipped
• Please be sure your email address is correct at checkout

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

Local Pickup – Farm Store Items

Cincinnatus, NY 13040

Local pickup is available for Farm Store items during seasonal farm stand operations.
Pickup days and hours are posted on the website and shared via email or social media.

You will receive a confirmation by email or text when your order is ready for pickup.
Most in-stock items are prepared within 24–48 hours unless otherwise noted.

Local Delivery (Within 10 Miles)

Local delivery is available for eligible Farm Store orders within a 10-mile radius of the ranch.

• Delivery days are announced seasonally
• Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance
• Delivery times are coordinated directly with you

Shipping (Limited Availability)

At this time, physical shipping is limited.

• Digital downloads are delivered electronically
• Farm-fresh food items are not shipped
• Any future eligible non-perishable items (when available and legally permitted) will have shipping options listed clearly at checkout

Shipping rates, processing times, and carriers will be displayed at checkout if applicable.

Perishable & Farm-Fresh Goods

Baked goods, produce, beef, dairy add-ons, honey, maple syrup, and other farm-fresh items are pickup or local delivery only.

These items are not eligible for shipping.

Because many of these goods are prepared or sourced fresh, availability may vary during weekends, holidays, or high-demand seasons. We appreciate your patience and grace.

Shipping Delays & Responsibility

Once an order leaves our hands, we rely on third-party carriers when shipping is offered.

We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Weather-related disruptions
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

We are always happy to help troubleshoot when possible.
