All digital products — including eBooks, devotionals, journals, Bible studies, planners, and printable downloads — are non-refundable.
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please contact us and we will gladly help you resolve it.
Farm Store & Physical Goods
Farm Store items include farm-fresh food products and locally sourced goods such as:
• Beef bundles
• Bountiful Baskets
• Baked goods
• Dairy add-ons
• Honey and maple syrup
Due to the nature of these items:
• Perishable goods are not eligible for return or refund
• Items are offered as-is and may vary naturally
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 5 days of pickup or delivery, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for refund:
