  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
  • If there are any delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days within the U.S.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee. Delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our facility, shipping delays may occur due to the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the U.S. only. If you are outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact us at PLRandgoods@gmail.com to explore available options.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

5. Local Pickup and Delivery

We offer local pickup from Promised Land Ranch and Goods for customers nearby.

  • Pickup Address: 3781 Stramba Road, Cincinnatus, NY
  • Pickup Hours: Monday-Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM

We also offer local delivery within a 10-mile radius of our stand for selected products, such as those in the Bountiful Baskets Program. Delivery arrangements will be confirmed after your order is placed.


6. Shipping Issues and Lost Packages

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number first.
  • If the issue is not resolved, contact us at PLRandgoods@gmail.com or call (607) 226-4513, and we will assist you in tracking or replacing your order.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you and arrange for reshipment at your expense.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
