Returns & Refunds Policy

At Promised Land Ranch & Goods, we care deeply about your satisfaction—but because many of our offerings are handmade, perishable, or digital in nature, not all items are eligible for returns. Please read below to understand how we handle each type of product with fairness, care, and transparency.
📦 General Policy
We accept returns or issue refunds only for eligible items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Because we’re a small, family-run business with fresh, seasonal, and often custom-prepared products, we are not able to accept returns on all categories.

🥖 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

Perishable items (produce, baked goods, dairy, eggs, meat, etc.)

Made-to-order goods (including custom bundles or specialty items)

Digital products (eBooks, devotionals, printables, templates, journals, etc.)

Items marked “Final Sale” or discounted during promotions

Gift cards
🧺 Refunds for Local Orders
If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect in your local pickup or delivery order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Send a photo if possible so we can quickly verify and offer:

A replacement (if available)

A credit toward your next order

A refund to your original payment method (case-by-case)
📮 Refunds for Shipped Items
For eligible shipped items (non-perishables like candles, journals, etc.):

Contact us within 5 days of delivery

Items must be unused and in original condition

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund if approved.
💳 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Timing depends on your bank or card provider, but typically takes 5–10 business days.
🚫 Cancellations
We begin preparing orders as soon as they’re placed—especially for fresh goods. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After that, cancellations may not be possible.
