šŸ„’ From Garden Overflow to Sweet Surprises: 7 Zucchini Desserts You Didn’t Know You Needed

Featuring Family Recipes, a Gallon of Blueberries, and the Gift of Community

Let’s be honest—there comes a point every summer when your garden (or generous neighbor, or local farm stand… ahem) starts offering up more zucchini than you bargained for.

At first, you’re thrilled. ā€œLook at that beauty!ā€

Then you’re inspired. ā€œI’ll make zoodles! Muffins! Bread!ā€

And then… mild zucchini panic sets in.

ā€œThere’s more?! What else can I make with this green machine?ā€

Well, friend, this post is for you—the overwhelmed gardener, the recipe recycler, and the one staring at a basket of zucchini like it just winked at you.

Here at Promised Land Ranch & Goods, we don’t just see zucchini—we see possibility. And more importantly? We see an opportunity to bless and be blessed.

šŸ½ When Blueberries Meet Lasagna… and the Goodness of People Shines

The inspiration for this post didn’t come from Pinterest or a cookbook. It came from one of the kindest, most faithful regulars we’ve had the pleasure to know. (And really, ā€œregularā€ doesn’t cut it—they’re not just part of our story… they’re part of our heart.)

This week, they brought us a gallon bag of fresh-picked blueberries so sweet they barely made it to the fridge—and they shared their treasured family recipe for zucchini lasagna with us. Not to sell or post, but just… to share.

No strings. No show.

Just the simple, beautiful act of giving.

That’s the kind of thing that sticks with you. It reminds us why we do what we do:

Feeding His People—body, mind, and soul.

It’s why we’re baking.

Here at the Ranch, we believe in gathering, giving, and glorifying God in the little things—like a humble green squash turned into something sweet and sacred.
